When a person rents a property from a landlord, they need to settle a lease agreement. It is a kind of document to states the rental terms as like about the duration of the tenant rent the property, the billing tenant should pay, also the condition when the tenants or the landlord breaking the agreement. Generally, an agreement is provided for tenancy for a short period which is usually 30 days. The landlord can renew the contract if there is a move-out notice before. Short-fixed term rental is usually used for rent period about 1 month to 5 years rent. Meanwhile, the long fixed-term rental is usually used for tenants who rent over than 5 years as like for families and business owners.

The way to pay the rent amount should also be described such as cash or via transfer. The validity period needs to be written following the initial rent payment.
